Tamerlane Ventures Inc. is a mining company with base metal development projects in Canada and Peru. The Company is focused on putting the most profitable zinc-lead property in Canadian history back into production and developing its recently acquired Los Pinos dump leach copper project in Peru. Milestone events in the Company’s corporate history are outlined in the following chronology:

2007
March Tamerlane options the Los Pinos property in the Coastal Cordillera of southern Peru.

2006
June Tamerlane increases interest in Pine Point property to 100%.
April Tamerlane completesC$5.0 million equity financing.
Tamerlane and Century Mining Corporation purchase 100% interest in Carolin Mine from Athabaska Gold Resources Inc. Forms 70% Century / 30% Tamerlane joint venture with Century as the operator.

2004
December Tamerlane Completed C$1.9 million equity financing.
September Tamerlane acquires the exclusive right and option to acquire a 60% beneficial interest from Karst Investments LLC in the Pine Point zinc-lead property located in Northwest Territories.
Tamerlane grants Century Mining Corporation an exclusive right and option to earn an undivided 70% interest in the dormant Carolin Mine located in British Columbia.

2003
March Tamerlane acquires 90% interest in Ladner Creek Property (Carolin Mine) from Trustee in Bankruptcy of Athabaska Gold Resources Inc.

2001
August Tamerlane lists shares on the TSX-V under the symbol TAM.

2000
May Tamerlane is incorporated in British Columbia as a Capital Pool Company.
